Who We Are Looking For

Our ideal candidate is a proven operations leader with a history of building and developing high performing teams in a software company environment. You will be responsible for operational functions including supply chain, customer support, deployment, ongoing account management and offshore manufacturing management reporting to the CFO.

This is a full-time, 40 hour per week, onsite position.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Demonstrable experience and interest in managing operations in a software company environment that has related hardware components
  • Support and heavy relationship with Sales, Sales Operations, Legal/Contracts, Finance, Engineering, Marketing, and executives.
  • The owner of the Company’s Quote to Cash Process and driver of the shortest timeline from deal closure to contract commencement/first billing
  • Driver and recordkeeper of company’s quarterly OKR process
  • Develops and publishes company metrics and KPI’s in conjunction with Controller
  • Identify and execute opportunities for process improvements and efficiencies with an eye towards cost savings and scale
  • Proven experience and strong desire to lead; servant leader with strong communication, leadership, team building, and people management skills
  • Recruits, mentors, and develops teams
  • Cultivates an environment where employees respect and adhere to company values and ethics
  • Significant experience in budget and financial management as it relates to Operations.
  • Advanced relationship management and communication skills including partnering and consulting with executive/C-level roles
  • Strong skills in critical thinking, decision making, problem solving, and attention to detail
  • Internal and external champion of high customer satisfaction and day-to-day management of existing customer accounts.
  • Drives monthly/quarterly customer scorecard review process and owns the results
  • Knowledge of customer contracts, legal terms, financial terms, and owns renewals of expiring customer agreements
  • Monitor Customer Support activity for trends including advocacy with Product and Engineering for product enhancements (drives Sustaining Engineering time allocation) and will collect and submit operational, deployment, bugs causing CSAT issues, etc to the Product Manager
  • Gain complete understanding of pricing and billing requirements and collaborate with Finance team to ensure that monthly invoicing is in line with agreed upon terms
  • Initiate regular, pro-active communication with clients related to account status, changes in scope or deliverable timeframes, and new business opportunities. Includes the development and presentation of thoughtful, strategic Executive Business Reviews (EBRs)
  • Collaborate with Sales team counterparts to identify and execute against upsell/growth opportunities for accounts
  • Will be responsible for building the company’s international operational capabilities and service delivery across all non-sales functions.

Qualifications

  • At least 15 years of experience in a software environment (SaaS, Cloud, On-premises etc.)
  • Experience with supply chain activities
  • Experience transitioning and leading Quote to Cash process and methodologies
  • Bachelor’s degree (masters preferred) in business or a related field or equivalent experience
  • Analytical skill set with strong ability to aggregate, interpret and present data
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and complex projects at scale
  • Comfort interacting and developing good working relationships at all levels of an organization ranging from C-level executives to entry-level team members
  • Sales-oriented mentality: ability to identify opportunities to upsell existing client offerings and comfortable with in-person or telephonic customer interactions
  • Strong attention to detail and service-oriented approach
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, both written and in face-to-face communication
  • Experience in scaling a fast-growing tech company
