Who We Are Looking For

The Enterprise Sales Representative (ESR) is a fundamental building block of the Cobalt Iron go-to-market. ESR’s will focus on developing named and territory-based sales. The ESR’s role is revenue and new account win focused. A day in the life of an ESR will include end-user sales prospecting, channel partner prospecting, business development activities, Solution Architect account planning, HubSpot discipline, deal desk engagement, and post-sales customer satisfaction.

The ESR will drive revenue goals on a quarterly basis with commission potential.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Develop new opportunities and activities with named partners
  • A programmatic approach to partner campaign-based pipeline generation using channel program marketing tools
  • Prospecting at C-level, VP, and Director levels
  • Manage brand collateral development and partner communications
  • Continuous learning and development of sales and technology skills leveraging Cobalt Iron sales training curriculumeate website wireframes for development
  • Work closely and openly with the Cobalt Iron teams
  • HubSpot discipline

Qualifications

  • 10+ years of experience
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
  • Proven track record of enterprise data protection sales accomplishments in data protection software, solutions, and services
  • Team player with excellent interpersonal skills
  • Excellent presentation, oral and written communications
  • Self-motivated and self-managed with advanced organizational, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency with Microsoft office tools including PowerPoint, Word, and Excel
  • Proficiency with CRM tools and HubSpot experience desirable
  • Proficiency with other IT productivity tools

Job Type

Full-time, 40 hours per week

Base Salary with up to 50% of OTE incentive-based, Full Cobalt Iron benefits apply
