Consumers residing in California have certain rights with respect to their personal information under the California Consumer Privacy Act or (“CCPA”) (California Civil Code Section 1798.100 et seq.) and the “Shine the Light” Law (California Civil Code Section 1798.83). Collection and Use of Personal Information: In the preceding 12 months, we have collected the personal information relating to your email address when you first logged onto our software platform as a user or collected your email or social media address when you opted into to receive certain marketing information about the company.  

Disclosure of Personal Information: As a user we may share your personal information with your employer or the entity which required you to login to our software.

Sale of Personal Information: Cobalt Iron does not and will not sell the personal information of California residents collected under this policy without consent. Cobalt Iron has not sold personal information of California consumers for a business or commercial purpose in the last 12 months.

Your Consumer Rights

If you are a California resident, you have the right to (1) request more information about the categories and specific pieces of personal information we have collected, sold and disclosed for a business purpose in the last 12 months, (2) request deletion of your personal information, (3) opt out of the sale of your personal information, if applicable, and (4) be free from discrimination for exercising your rights under the CCPA.
